Fairfield DUI LawyerFairfield Drug Crimes Defense Attorneys At the Law Offices of Russo & Prince, we work with both adults and juveniles charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and all types of drug crimes at the misdemeanor and felony level. If you are looking for an experienced criminal lawyer to defend you against underage drinking and driving, felony DUI, drug possession or other drug charges, please contact us for a free initial consultation. Drug Crimes Drug crimes include trafficking, manufacturing, distribution, possession for sale, cultivation and drug possession. Some of the common drugs that bring these criminal charges include meth, marijuana, cocaine and ecstasy. For more than 20 years, our defense attorney Leslie Prince has represented clients accused of committing drug crimes. She attacks the validity of search warrants and determines whether your Fourth Amendment search and seizure rights were violated. Drunk Driving Drunk driving is a serious charge that can result in loss of license, heavy fines and possible jail or prison time. We represent juveniles charged with underage drinking and driving, as well as adults who are facing their first or subsequent DUI offense charge. We question whether the police officer had reasonable suspicion to make the traffic stop. We attack the validity of field sobriety tests and whether the breath test was conducted properly. Our goal is to minimize the penalties as much as possible. In addition to the criminal penalties, we also work hard to minimize the effects on your daily life, such as loss of driving privileges. We will represent you in hearings to reinstate your license, or at the very least, obtain a temporary driving permit that will allow you to travel to and from work, school and other specified places. If you have been charged with DUI or a crime, do not talk to the police without having an attorney present. You need to protect your rights. Please contact us to discuss your options.
